Confidence, Skills and Connection for Neurodiverse People

We support and mentor participants across Melbourne to explore new challenges, build real-world skills, and connect with others in ways that feel natural and rewarding.

Welcome To Ozsom Care

Life is full of possibilities, and we’re here to help neurodiverse people embrace them. From one-on-one mentoring to community-based activities, we focus on helping you build confidence, learn new skills, and create lasting connections. Our approach is practical, supportive, and centred on helping you thrive—whether it’s gaining independence, developing social confidence, or simply enjoying meaningful experiences in a safe, welcoming environment.

Life is better when it’s hands-on. Whether it’s the challenge of indoor rock climbing, the calm of mindfulness practice, or the energy of bushwalking, every activity is designed to boost confidence and wellbeing.

With a focus on trust and understanding, our mentors aren’t just supporters; they’re partners in your journey, helping you navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and build the confidence to take on what’s next.

Connection comes in many forms. Whether it’s one-on-one support or group activities, our focus is on creating experiences that build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging.
